Adorned
It’s hard to believe we’re into the second week of December already. I had some pretty sweet intentions for Decembers’ blog posts… like some sort of awesome, well-thought-out countdown to Christmas or something… but… this is real life and you all know how busy December gets! I slammed on the breaks when I realized that I hadn’t done any Christmassy-fun with the twiddles! SO…. I took a quick look into my piniverse and found some salt dough recipes. The last time I made salt dough ornaments was with my childhood bestie Ally M, and we were probably close to Fay and Eden’s age. … You guys…. I can’t believe HOW EASY it was to make these ornaments. Seriously. Go make them. It’s really fun! This is the recipe we used. Fay and Eden had a blasty blast. Mom enjoyed herself too 🙂 But mostly I enjoyed watching the girls be creative. We sprinkled some gold glitter on the dough while rolling it out. Some of them got painted once they were out of the oven and cooled. Oh how I LOVE my sweet little darlings. Tell us what some of your favourite Christmas activities are in the comments!

“MOM!?” … a typical Eden face 😉

Thanks for scrolling! Go make some ornaments!
